For Raskin "poetry" stopped in 1991, yet The Poet Pure was preserved as a poltergeist-part diagram part cartoon, half alive half dead-memorialized in his own books, lectures and art rooms. Raskin will reveal his best-of textual evidence from this eternal half-subject.

About Performa After Hours: Pulling from the rich history of Surrealist salon culture of 1930s Paris and New York’s own infamous late night scene of the ’70s and ’80s, Performa After Hours is a post-show get-together featuring a range of exciting emerging artists. Each Saturday and Sunday night audiences can join the artists, curators, and organizers of Performa 13 for drinks, conversation, performance, and dancing at downtown bar and gallery Fig. 19.
