
Performa After Hours
Pulling from the rich history of Surrealist salon culture of 1930s Paris and New York’s own infamous late night scene of the ’70s and ’80s, Performa After Hours is a post-show get-together featuring a range of exciting emerging artists. Each Saturday and Sunday night audiences can join the artists, curators, and organizers of Performa 13 for drinks, conversation, performance, and dancing at downtown bar and gallery Fig. 19. Evenings includes collaborations by musicians, artists, DJs, dancers, and club hosts creating a lively program that draws on the vitality of new performance in New York and internationally.
